The BibiMart Flea Market

The BibiMart Flea Market is a place where anyone can sell their creations.  It's in a corner of the popular Bibiten clothes store.  It can help you get started in Second Life business when you don't have any land.

To get started, make a 0.1x0.9x0.9m cube, put your things for sale inside, change the texture and name and description to show what's inside, and set it for sale, put it on the wall on a marked square.  Touch the BibiMart sign for an empty cube you can use.

You do not need to join a group to place your cubes.  Your cubes will automatically return to you after 14 days.  You can place them again if you want to and there is room.

Rules
  1. You can only place 0.1x0.9x0.9m cubes.
  2. You can place up to three cubes.
  3. The cubes must be in the correct position on the wall.  (Use the grid!)
  4. No resale.  No affiliates.  Only sell your own creations.
  5. No adult rated items for sale.
  6. No lights, floating text, rotation, sounds, transparency, physical objects, or glow. Full bright is recommended.
  7. No scripts except vending scripts.  Bibiten recommends hippoVEND.
  8. If there are no slots on the wall, the market is full. Please try later!

Your objects might be returned for any reason without discussion.

Rationale

I'm running BibiMart for these reasons:
  • It's a fun experiment and I'd like to see what things appear on my shelves.
  • When I started in SL I couldn't find a way to sell without land.
  • It might increase visitors to my store.
  • Some of the boxes are from friends whose things I like.

Thank you

Naonao Watanabe's Dmart for such a nice and friendly idea!  ありがとうございま〜す
